Product Details

The fixed oxygen, nitrogen, argon storage tank is a vertical or horizontal double-layer vacuum insulated storage tank used to store liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide and other media. The material of the inner tank is austenitic stainless steel; the material of the outer container is Q235-B, Q245R or 345R according to national regulations. The inner and outer containers are filled with insulation material pearl sand or aluminum foil, insulation cotton and vacuumed.

There is no uniform standard for the design definition of stationary oxygen, nitrogen, argon storage tanks. Compared with the UK, the technical standards in this area are more systematic and comprehensive. Its standard "Flat-bottomed Vertical Cylindrical Cryogenic Storage Tank Application" defines cryogenic tanks as three types of tanks: single-container tank, double-container tank and full-container tank according to different process requirements and medium storage methods. Single-container tanks generally consist of a steel inner tank and an insulating shell, while double-container tanks and full-container tanks are made of one steel inner tank and one steel or concrete (usually prestressed concrete). It is composed of an outer tank, and the insulation is arranged between the walls of the inner and outer tanks. At present, the form of double-containment tanks is mostly adopted.
